Clearing leaves, grass cuttings or hedge trimmings can be painful and laborious process, to speed things up and cut out the bending the Spear & Jackson Tidy Mat proves to be invaluable when compared to the upright or vertical collection bags. The opened dimensions are 1200 x 960 x 520mm allowing for lots of debris to be collected in one go and the mat is very compact for storage (570 x 70 x 40mm). Assembly is very quick thanks to the elasticated fibreglass rods which are inserted along the sides of the base and a vertical slot on the back which ensure the mat retains it's shape whilst being filled. Once full you can either drag, pick up and carry or place in a barrow for transporting your debris to the composter or gardening bin.
