Scatter a few seeds in the growing site and rake in or cover with soil. Germination time is approximately two to three weeks. Lovage does best in a rich, fairly moist soil and can be propagated from seed planted in late summer. Water well and thin seedlings as required. Prefers rich garden soil that retains moisture, ideally in full sun. This plant can be easily grown from seed or cuttings. In colder climates, it is best treated as an annual or kept overwinter as a pot plant. Its color makes it an attractive border plant.WHAT TO DO NEXT
