Coriander Leisure is specially bred for its ability to produce a lot of leaf and bolt much slower than traditional old types. It boasts a good flavour and colour and grows to a^A height of^A 60-90cm. The leaves are delicious when sprinkled over salads or in soups and the seeds can be used to flavour curries and go well with white meats and fish.

Sow thinly April to June direct outdoors where they are to crop, 1.5cm (½in) deep, into finely-prepared soil. Alternatively sow seeds in succesion 1.5cm (1/2in) deep, in small pots of compost , lightly covering the seed with a sprinkling of compost on a warm light windowsill all year round.What to do next
Thin outdoor seedlings to 25cm (10") apart. Harvest: Indoor crops all year round, outdoor crops from May. Pick a few leaves, as required, from each plant so that they regrow quickly.MATURITY
