The Habanero Hot Lemon is one of the hottest Habanero ( Capsicum Chinense ) variety but with a truly unique flavour.
The peppers are about 6-7 cm long and 1,5 - 2,0 cm wide, maturing from light green to a pure lemon yellow colour in about 80 days.
The skin is wrinkled, tender and with an intensive spiciness but with a delightfully unique flavour.
Recommend to use it fresh but it\'s sensational in sauces as well.
