Rare and resistant variety
The Aji Colorado is Capsicum Baccatum variety from Bolivia. This variety has well resistance even in cooler temperatures and doesn\'t have a long ripening period.
It is very easy to grow and no require for pesticides.
The fruits ripen from green to red with long shape, 15cm long and 3cm wide approx. Have an excellent flavour with medium heat, ideally for make salsas, pickling or drying.
